Irlanda is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping members reach their goals. Irlanda at Iron Crush is a fantastic, professional and personable trainer with extensive knowledge in physical fitness and nutrition. She is very attentive and accomodating to custom-tailor her workouts to match the fitness level and target expectations of the client, with clear results showing early in the training.
