About Me

Hi, I’m Irlanda, the trainer behind Iron Crush Fitness. I’m an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I specialize in personal training and small-group training for women and families, especially busy moms who want to get stronger and more confident. train in a supportive, judgment-free space, and enjoy working out again.
